Medial Secretarial Services was founded in 2003 by Sue Sanalitro working alongside Dr Rajesh Munglani Consultant in Pain Medicine, covering his clinical and medicolegal administration/secretarial work.  From here Medical Secretarial Services was built up based on offering a full medical secretarial service to include all aspects of administration and accountancy for consultants believing this would allow them a “no need to worry” solution so that they could get on with putting their patients first.

Sue has now worked alongside Dr Munglani for some 22 years in total and during this time has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in this field.  She has helped Dr Munglani build up his Clinical and Medicolegal practices to an extremely high level and is now well-respected within medical and legal circles.

Sue and her team at Medical Secretarial Services are well-trained medical secretaries covering a wide range of medical specialities and during the course of their work use their skills with various software, including DGL Practice Manager, Healthcode, HeyDoc, Microsoft Office 365, Transcription software, Data Protection and cover a wide range of secretarial and administration work including invoicing and collection of monies.

The team also has vast knowledge and experience in marketing, branding and design, and conferencing.
