We look after Dr Whales Medicolegal practice. Rowland is a fully qualified medical practitioner since 1977. He has been producing medico-legal reports for the past 25 years (for both claimants and defendants) and has given evidence in court on a number of occasions including the Royal Courts of Justice on two occasions.
