Our package includes:

• Named dedicated PA with full cover when they are on leave/sick.
• Telephone and email communication during office hours
• Booking of appointments / operations / rooms
• In-House Transcription with 24-hour turnabout
• Management of Diaries.
• IEP scan Requests
• Organising results and tests
• Maintenance of paper and electronic records for a complete paperless practice.
• Accounts – Taking payment (where applicable), billing of insurers, hospitals, patients and other third parties. Shortfall and excess payments, Debt Chasing, Tax Summary

We offer two different pricing structures

• A Percentage of invoices raised
• Or an hourly rate
